As leaders, the burden of leadership is often great. In our individual coaching sessions we help you get back to your identity in Christ. Through intentional, relational and reproducible practices each coaching session is tailored to the needs of the leader.
Whether you lead one or hundreds, if you want the intentionality of one on one time - this is the option for you.
Sometimes the most important step is knowing which direction to step in at all. With strategic planning, we will gather your leadership team and begin to set a North Star that can guide your organization for the foreseeable future.
We will establish vision, mission, values, strategic objectives, who owns them, and when are they due by.

Group Coaching
Walking through leadership is hard, walking with leaders makes it easier.
In our group coaching sessions, we offer the opportunity to establish some of your own vision, mission, and values while finding out how that integrates with who you are already. In a carefully curated environment we give leaders the chance to grow with the group.
*Group coaching sessions may not start till we have the right people in the group.
Marriage Coaching
Marriage can be hard, and yet nothing impacts our world like our homefront being unstable. In these coaching sessions, we work with couples to ensure they can get back to the practices that helped them fall in love in the first place.
