In our strategic planning sessions, we want to do more than just talk about what comes next. We want to establish some clear steps, who owns them, and how we are going to hold people accountable to the process. We’ll also look at things like; personnel, metrics of success, and the culture of the team.
These are once-a-quarter planning sessions that give the team the ability to know if we are all moving in the same direction.
